Detailed Steps for Making Peanut Crisp Bread
Add all ingredients except butter into the chef machine.
Start the mixing program and mix for 8 minutes.
Add butter, continue the mixing program, mix for 8 minutes, or knead by hand.
When a film can be pulled out, it’s ready.
Then shape into a dough and place it in a stainless steel bowl.
Cover with a damp cloth, let it ferment until doubled in size, as shown in the picture. In winter, place the bowl in warm water or in the oven with a bowl of hot water on the bottom rack, then close the oven door for fermentation, which takes about 50 minutes to double in size.
Divide into equal-sized small dough balls. Shape into rounds, cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let rest for 15-20 minutes.
Spray the surface with water and stick on the peanut crisp.
Then place in the oven to ferment for 40 minutes. Place a bowl of hot water on the bottom of the oven to reduce fermentation time.
Bake in the oven with both top and bottom heat at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Cover with foil after baking for 10 minutes. Oven brands and sizes vary, so the temperature and time may differ. Avoid setting the temperature too high or too low.
Remove from the oven, and the finished product is ready.
Finished product, enjoy!
