Ingredients: Glutinous rice flour, peanuts, black sesame seeds, brown sugar.
Put glutinous rice flour in a large bowl, add some water, and mix into a dough. (The dough should be able to form a ball when kneaded)
Heat a pan with a little oil, take a piece of rice dough, roll it thin with a rolling pin, and pan-fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
Put the roasted peanuts in a plastic bag, crush them with the back of a knife or a blender.
Add roasted black sesame seeds and brown sugar, mix well. (Use about one-third of the filling here, the rest can be stored for making tangyuan filling.)
Remove the pan-fried glutinous rice flour block, place it on a cutting board.
