Prepare all the required ingredients.
Yeast and egg yolk.
After mixing all the ingredients evenly, knead into an oily dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Mix water, oil, sugar, and half an egg yolk from the main ingredients, then add the remaining ingredients and knead into an oily dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment at room temperature for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, take out the dough, roll it into a rectangular piece.
Fold from left to right, roll out and fold again, repeat 3 times.
Roll out into a rectangle, evenly spread the oil paste in the middle of 1/3 of the dough.
Fold from left to right, pinch the sides tightly to prevent leakage.
Roll out and flip.
Fold again, roll out, repeat 3 times.
Roll out the dough again, about 0.5cm thick, then prick some small holes with a fork.
