Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Pear Edamame Cake
Take one 6-inch cake and slice it into two layers.
Cook the edamame until tender.
Add 100g of milk to the blender with the cooked edamame and blend into a puree.
Soak gelatin powder in a little water, then add 50g of milk and heat until the gelatin powder melts. Let it cool for later use.
Whip the cream with 30g of sugar until fluffy.
Combine the edamame puree with the whipped cream, then add the gelatin mixture and mix well.
Place one layer of cake in a mold.
Pour the cream over the cake to cover it.
Place the second layer of cake, pour the remaining cream to level the surface, and tap a few times to remove air bubbles.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours.
Melt the gummy candy with 150g of water over a double boiler.
