Take a bowl of glutinous rice and soak it in water for 1 hour.
Grind the ground pork and set it aside.
Peel and cut the lotus root into pieces and set it aside.

Add the egg white of one egg.
Add a little salt and soy sauce.
Add the chopped lotus root.
