Steps to Make Pearl Milk Tea Jelly
Heat milk with sugar over low heat, stirring until fine bubbles appear at the edges.
Add the red tea bag, cover, and let it steep for 5 minutes.
Stir in gelatin powder and pour into a container.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set.
Remove and cut into pieces.
Boil tapioca pearls in boiling water until they float.
Drain and mix with the milk tea jelly before serving.
