Gelatin Powder: 15g.

Steps to Make Pearl Milk Tea Jelly
Boil the tapioca pearls until they float.
Cover and let sit for 2 minutes.
Rinse with cold water.
Spread on the bottom of a container.
Steep the black tea bag in 100ml of boiling water for 2 minutes.
Add gelatin powder, stir and heat until the gelatin powder dissolves.
Add milk and mix well to make milk tea.
Pour into a container.
Cool and refrigerate until set (about 1 hour).
