Detailed Steps to Make Peppa Pig Mousse Cake
Prepare a jar of additive-free, live bacteria yogurt with Momo cow yogurt powder.
Grind the digestive biscuits into powder using a food processor.
Mix in melted butter until well combined.
Pour into a Peppa-shaped mold lined with aluminum foil, press flat and firm, then refrigerate.
Extract juice from the dragon fruit using a juicer.
Sift and measure out 160g.
Mix the dragon fruit juice with 150g yogurt, a little lemon juice, and 60g powdered sugar until well combined.
Soak gelatin sheets, then melt over a double boiler.
Combine the melted gelatin with the dragon fruit yogurt mixture, stirring well.
Whip the whipping cream until it reaches 6 minutes stage.
Combine the whipped cream with the yogurt mixture until well mixed.
Pour the mixture into the Peppa mold. Refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours.
