Steps to Cook Pine Nut Chicken
Shred green onion and ginger to make a mixture
Dice shiitake mushrooms and ham sausage
Peel and dice steamed bread (preheated).
Chop chicken breast meat into filling, add salt, sugar, chicken bouillon, cooking wine, green onion and ginger mixture, then add eggs and starch
Beat in one direction until well mixed.
Add shiitake mushrooms and ham sausage to the chicken filling and mix well.
Shape into balls and evenly coat with diced steamed bread.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Remove and drain excess oil
When the oil is about 70% hot, fry again briefly.
Can be served directly or with Thousand Island dressing, ketchup, etc., for enhanced flavor.
Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside.
