Steps to Make Pineapple in Syrup
Start with a fresh pineapple~
Use a knife to peel the skin and cut into small pieces~ (You can also buy pre-peeled pineapple, peeling it yourself can be a bit troublesome)
Soak the diced pineapple in water with a pinch of salt for half an hour~
In a pot, add some water and a little rock sugar, bring to a boil over high heat~
