Prepare all ingredients
Soak gelatin sheets in cold water until softened
Add gelatin sheets to heated milk, stir until dissolved
Whip whipping cream with sugar until soft peaks form
Prepare blueberry and orange jam
Divide whipping cream into three parts, mix two parts with two kinds of jam
Stir well
Pipe the blueberry whipped cream mixture into flower shapes at the bottom of the mold, freeze until slightly firm
