Make the Polish starter by mixing flour, water, and yeast together until there is no dry flour left, then refrigerate and ferment.
Mix dragon fruit juice, Polish starter, flour, granulated sugar, salt, and yeast together and knead for 20 minutes. Add butter and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Let it ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into evenly sized portions and deflate them.
Roll them into circles and add meat floss (or salad dressing if preferred).
Pinch them into triangles.
Arrange them on a baking tray.
Dust them with flour and use a sharp knife to cut out desired patterns.
Let them ferment again until they double in size.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 18-20 minutes.
