Detailed Steps for Making Pomelo Apple Juice
Prepare one pomelo and one apple.
Use a knife to cut the pomelo peel into a “工” shape, then peel it off easily by pulling it apart with both hands.
Remove the white pith of the pomelo, cut the flesh into small pieces, and put them into a blender. It seems like some of the pomelo’s moisture is lost after blending for a while.
Peel and core the apple, cut it into small pieces, and add it to the blender.
Add an appropriate amount of sugar and water, place it on the blender, turn on the power, and blend for about ten seconds to make the juice.
If you prefer a smoother texture, you can use a sieve to filter out the pulp. A little foam is normal due to the high-speed blending process.
