Steps to Make Pork and Scallion Dumplings
Wash and chop the scallions.
Add salt, chicken bouillon, sugar, pepper, ginger powder, sweet potato starch, oyster sauce to the ground pork and mix in a clockwise direction until well combined.
Add the chopped scallions and mix well.
Add two tablespoons of cooking oil and mix well.
