Steps for Cooking Pork and Scallion Dumplings
Season the ground pork with soy sauce, sesame oil, five spice powder, salt, and chicken bouillon. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Mix flour with warm water to make dough for the dumpling wrappers. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Wash and chop the scallions and set aside.
Add the chopped scallions and ginger to the marinated ground pork and mix well.
Knead the dough and divide it into small pieces of equal size.
Roll out one piece of dough into a round wrapper.
Take a spoonful of the pork mixture and roll it into a ball with the chopped scallions. Place the ball onto the center of the wrapper.
Fold the wrapper in half to form a half-moon shape.
Press the edges together to seal the dumpling.
Place the dumplings in a pan with a little oil and fry until both sides are golden brown.
