Steps for cooking Pork Liver and Potato Slices
Soak the pork liver in water with a little white vinegar, and change the water two or three times.
Cut the pork liver into slices, add cooking wine, white vinegar, starch, and a little salt, mix well, and marinate for a while.
Cut the potato into slices.
Cut the red pepper, green pepper, ginger, and scallion.
Boil water in a pot, blanch the potato slices, and remove them to cool in cold water.
