Detailed steps for cooking pork patty
Chop the pork into minced meat.
Wash and chop the scallion.
Add salt, chicken essence, sugar, pepper, and ginger powder to the minced meat.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, and scallion to the minced meat.
Mix in the scallion clockwise until the meat becomes sticky.
Knead the flour into a slightly soft dough. The dough and the soft filling are not easy to break when rolled into a patty.
Cover with a cloth and let it rest for five minutes.
Roll into a long strip.
Pinch into small pieces.
Add the filling.
Wrap into a bun.
Gently roll into a thin patty with a rolling pin.
Sprinkle flour on the panel.
Put a little oil in a frying pan, add the pork patty, and fry slowly over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
You can cover the pan and flip it over to fry it halfway through. Covering the pan and frying it slowly can make the meat filling cook faster.
Fry until both sides are golden brown, then turn off the heat.
The finished product. We made more than ten of them, but only two were left when we took the picture because the kids couldn’t wait to eat them.
