Prepare ingredients: Wash and chop the pork ribs, clean and devein the shrimp, cut the round onion, green and red bell peppers into small pieces, cut the cilantro, parsley, and green onion into sections, slice the ginger and garlic, and prepare the French fries. Mix the seasoning sauce in a small bowl in advance (half teaspoon sugar, half teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon ketchup, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, a little salt, a little chicken essence, a little MSG, and half teaspoon sesame oil) and stir well.
Wash the pork ribs, soak in clean water for 20 minutes to remove blood.
In a pot, add water, green onion and ginger slices, blanch the pork ribs in cold water, bring to a boil, remove any foam, simmer over low heat for about twenty minutes until the pork ribs are cooked.
