Detailed steps for cooking Pig Liver and Goji Berry Noodles
Rinse the pig liver under running water for 10 minutes and cut it into thin and even slices.
Soak the sliced pig liver in clean water for 30 minutes, changing the water several times until the water is clear to thoroughly remove any toxins in the liver blood and bile.
Add egg white to the pig liver to make it tender. Add cooking wine to remove any fishy smell. Add 1 tablespoon of Knorr chicken powder for seasoning.
Add 1 tablespoon of salt.
