Steps for Cooking Potato Balls
Cook the potatoes until they are soft.
Peel the potatoes.
Wash your hands and mash the peeled potatoes. Add Thirteen Spices, salt, and egg, then mix well.
Make the mashed potatoes into round balls.
Put vegetable oil in a pan and heat it until it starts to smoke. Add the potato balls and fry them until they turn golden brown.
