Steps to Make Profiteroles
Boil water, oil, and salt in a pot over low heat~
Then quickly add flour~
Fry until well mixed~

When the dough is soft and moderately hard~ Put it in a pastry bag

Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F) and bake for about 30-33 minutes~
When the profiteroles are cooling, whip the fresh milk~
Whip until it reaches a neutral foam~ Put it in a pastry bag~
Cut the profiteroles open on the side~ Pipe in the whipped milk and you’re done~
