Steps for making Pumpkin Fruit Layer Cake
Steam the pumpkin puree and add granulated sugar.
Dissolve the yeast in warm water in advance, add it to the mixture of flour and pumpkin puree, and add an appropriate amount of warm water.
Knead the dough and let it ferment for about 3 hours until there are honeycomb-like holes on the bottom.
Knead the dough repeatedly.
Roll it into a large piece, not too thin.
Brush the surface with vegetable oil, sprinkle with dried fruit and sesame seeds.
As shown in the picture, make a cut and fold it.
Fold it again, a total of four layers, you can make more cuts for more layers.
Put it in cold water, cover the pot, let it ferment for 20 minutes, and then steam it over low heat for 25 minutes after the steam comes out. After turning off the heat, wait for 5 minutes before opening the lid.
