Prepare the necessary ingredients, cut the butter into small pieces, and let it soften at room temperature.
Add powdered sugar to the butter.
Add flour and rub into coarse crumbs.
Add two egg yolks.
Knead the dough by hand until smooth and of medium softness. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap, refrigerate for half an hour.
Roll the dough into a 0.5cm round dough after taking it out of the refrigerator.
