Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Pumpkin Purple Sweet Potato Pudding
Steam the pumpkin and purple sweet potato in a pot
Pour 25g of pudding powder into a bowl
Then pour in 150g of boiling water and stir until the pudding powder dissolves
Mash the pumpkin and add it to the bowl
Whisk until smooth, you can sieve it for a finer texture, I didn’t sieve it
Pour the mixture into pudding cups and let it cool and set
Mash the purple sweet potato
Then transfer to a blender, add 30g of water and 10g of sugar, and blend
Blend into a very smooth purple sweet potato paste
Then add 10g of pudding powder, heat in the microwave until boiling, and remove
This is the set pumpkin liquid
Pour the purple sweet potato paste on top of the pumpkin and let it cool and set
