Steps to Make Pumpkin Scones
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Mix the flour and all the dry ingredients together, sift the mixture through a flour sieve.
Add the sifted flour to the egg, sugar, butter, maltose, vegetable oil, etc.
Mix into small pieces, then add pumpkin puree to form a dough, let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Take out the dough, sprinkle a little flour on the cutting board, and roll the dough into a 5mm thick sheet.
Fold the sheet in half, roll it out with a rolling pin, fold it again, and finally roll it into a thin sheet of 8mm.
Use a decorative cutter to cut the sheet into decorative shapes, then place the small scones on a baking sheet.
