Detailed Steps for Making Pumpkin Snowflake Pastry
Weigh all the necessary ingredients.
Cranberries, raisins, peanuts, and various mixed nuts.
Add butter to the pot and stir over medium-low heat until the butter melts.
Add marshmallows to the melted butter.
Stir over low heat until the marshmallows and butter are well combined.
Add milk powder and pumpkin powder.
Mix until smooth without lumps.
Add biscuits and dried fruits, mix well and remove from heat. (Keep on low heat throughout)
Pour the mixture onto a silicone mat, use a scraper to flatten it to a thickness of 2 to 3cm.
While still warm, sift a layer of milk powder on the surface to create a snowflake pattern.
Once cooled, cut into small squares with a knife.
Finished product~ Store in a sealed container.
