Soak the snow swallow in advance for a day, wash thoroughly to remove impurities, and set aside.
Soak the gorgon fruit in advance for a day.
Soak the lotus seeds.
Cut the purple sweet potato into small pieces and add to the soaked lotus seeds and gorgon fruit. Add milk and place in an electric rice cooker (steam using a small bowl).
After steaming, transfer to a small milk pot, add soaked snow swallow and sugar. Bring to a boil and it’s ready to serve.
