3 purple sweet potatoes, tapioca, 200ml coconut milk, 500ml whole milk.

Purple Sweet Potato and Tapioca Pudding Recipe
Prepare the ingredients: tapioca, coconut milk, purple sweet potatoes, and whole milk (originally thought it was 250ml, but added up to 500ml because the purple sweet potatoes made it thicker when mixed with milk).
Cook the tapioca in boiling water until there are no white spots.
Cut two purple sweet potatoes into small cubes, add them to the milk and coconut milk, put them in a blender, and press the juice function.
Rinse the cooked tapioca with cold water.
Steam the other purple sweet potato cubes until cooked.
Put the blended purple sweet potato mixture in a pot, add sugar, and boil until the sugar dissolves. Stir constantly while boiling to prevent sticking to the pot.
After all the ingredients are cooked, take appropriate amounts of each and mix them together.
