Steps to Make Purple Sweet Potato Milk Bread
Weigh the ingredients, put milk, whole egg liquid, and purple sweet potato puree into the bread machine, mix well until smooth paste-like consistency.
Add salt and sugar to the opposite ends of the bread machine. Add flour, dig a hole in the middle and add yeast. Start the sweet bread program, a total of 3 hours and 50 minutes.
