Main Ingredients:
Flour: 200g; Purple sweet potato: 1; Fresh milk: 120ml.

Yeast powder: 2.5g.

Purple Sweet Potato Rose Cooking Steps
1. Steam the purple sweet potato until it is cooked, let it cool, and mash it for later use.
Heat the milk and pour in the yeast powder, stir well, and let it stand for 5 minutes. Then pour in the flour (with sugar).
Knead the dough and add the purple sweet potato, mix well. Let it ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Deflate the dough, let it stand for 10 minutes. Then take out the dough and divide it into numerous small doughs.
Take 6 doughs and roll them into small thin slices (the size of dumpling skins).
Arrange the six thin slices and roll them up from right to left respectively.
Cut the rolled dough in the middle.
