Steps to Make Purple Sweet Potato Snowflake Pastry
Prepare the ingredients
Cut marshmallows and dried fruits into small pieces, mix purple sweet potato powder and milk powder evenly
Prepare a non-stick pan, melt butter over low heat
Add the cut marshmallows, melt over low heat, then remove from heat when melted
Pour the mixed purple sweet potato and milk powder into the pan, stir well
Make sure to mix well, as the final product’s appearance depends on it
Add dried fruits and crushed peanuts, mix well
Add small pumpkin biscuits and mix
Wrap the small pumpkin biscuits inside the mixture
Use a set of tools for shaping to easily shape the pastry
After shaping, transfer to a cutting board to cool and start cutting
When cutting, you will see beautiful snowflake-like patterns on the pastry
Snowflake powder: 15g milk powder + 4g purple sweet potato powder mixed and set aside
Dust each piece of pastry with snowflake powder, only on the top and bottom, not on the cut sides
