Steps to Cook Purple Sweet Potato Taro Milk Sago
Boil the sago in boiling water for ten minutes, then let it sit for ten minutes.
Remove and rinse with cold water, set aside.
Steam the purple sweet potato until cooked.
Add the required amount of taro starch.
Knead into a dough.
Roll into long strips, cut into small pieces, and shape into balls.
Boil in water.
Cook until they float, then remove and rinse with cold water, set aside.
Place the cooked taro balls in a container.
Add the sago on top.
Add a spoon of honey, pour in a bag of milk, mix well, and it’s done.
