Peel and steam the purple sweet potato, then mix with butter and sugar to make the filling. Let it cool.
Place all main ingredients except butter into the bread machine, use chopsticks to mix into a spike shape to prevent flour from splashing during operation.
Start a kneading program, knead the dough until smooth, then add butter.
Start another kneading program to knead the dough to the expansion stage, where you can pull out a glove film as a reference.
