1. Melt the softened gelatin sheets with a little water and sugar, you can melt them over a double boiler or on low heat in a pot. Then pour into prepared milk or fruit juice. 2. The second method is to add the softened gelatin sheets to the milk, sugar, and melt over very low heat, be careful not to let the milk boil, overheating will destroy the gelatin’s setting effect, it should melt in just a few seconds, then stir evenly off the heat. 3.
