Qifu Mini Burger Cooking Steps
Prepare all ingredients in advance.
Keep the biscuits warm in the oven (I used the fermentation setting).
Put butter in a non-stick pan.
Heat over low heat until the butter is completely melted.
Pour in torn marshmallows (in cold weather, try to shorten the time for melting the sugar).
Stir constantly over low heat until the sugar is completely melted, then immediately remove from heat.
Move the pan aside and add milk powder and matcha powder.
Quickly mix evenly while taking advantage of the residual heat.
Take out the warm biscuits in advance.
Use a small spoon or spatula to place the sugar on the biscuits.
Then press another biscuit on top.
Repeat the process for all (when the sugar is no longer hot, wear gloves to roll the sugar into balls and place them on the biscuits).
In cold weather, the nougat filling hardens quickly, so the filling action should be a bit faster.
Since the quantity each time is not large, the sugar will not cool and harden.
