Steps to Make QQ Candy Pudding
QQ Candy, Milk.
Heat water in a pot, melt QQ Candy into syrup using a double boiler.
Take a bowl larger than the one with syrup, fill it with cold water, then place the syrup bowl inside. Let the syrup cool to slightly above room temperature, do not pour the milk in directly.
Cut open the milk packaging, pour in a little milk.
Stir the milk well, observe the reaction of the syrup, if it forms milk flowers, it means the temperature is too high. (If you pour all the milk in at once, there is no way to remedy it).
If the milk does not form flowers or only slightly, it means the temperature of the syrup is fine, you can pour in the remaining milk.
After stirring well, pour into a mold or cover directly with plastic wrap.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
