Main ingredients for making Tiramisu: Mascarpone cheese, rum, coffee, whipping cream, milk.
Crushed biscuits as needed.
Nescafe Instant Coffee 3g, dissolve in 30ml hot water, then add 15g of rum. Mix well to make coffee liqueur. Let it cool.
Egg yolks, 60g sugar, 15g rum mixed in a container.
Whisk until well combined.
Add 25g of milk and mix well.
Place the container with the egg mixture in hot water, heat over water bath, and stir constantly.
Stir until thick and foamy. Quickly cool to achieve a thick consistency of the egg mixture.
Beat the mascarpone cheese in another container until smooth.
Pour the egg yolk mixture into the cheese, pouring and beating until uniform.
Chill in the refrigerator to thicken the cheese mixture.
Whipping cream with 20g sugar.
Whip until stiff peaks form.
