100g strawberry-flavored QQ Jelly added to 90g boiling water, stir until the QQ Jelly melts
Whipping cream added with 10g granulated sugar, beat until slightly ribbed
Melted QQ Jelly added to whipping cream and mixed evenly to form mousse liquid
Place a slice of cake at the bottom of the mold
Pour in the mousse liquid
Place another slice of cake on top
Pour in the mousse liquid, refrigerate for about four hours, lightly press the surface to check if it has set
75g QQ Jelly added to 80g boiling water, melt and pour over the set mousse cake, refrigerate for about 2 hours until the surface sets
