Steps for Making Queen Toast
First, prepare the main ingredient soak. Pour boiling water onto the flour and stir until well mixed. Let it cool and use it later. Add egg, milk, main ingredient soak, sugar, bread flour, milk powder, and yeast into the bread bucket.
Start the bread machine and knead until smooth. Add salt and butter, and continue kneading until fully expanded and can be pulled into a glove film.
Let it rise to double its size between 25-28 degrees Celsius, then take it out and deflate it. Divide it into four equal parts, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out one piece of dough and then roll it up. Repeat this process for the remaining pieces of dough and let them rest for another 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough again and then place it in the mold. Let it rise to nine-tenths full between 35-38 degrees Celsius.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Brush the surface with egg liquid, cut it open from the middle with scissors, and cut it into four pieces one by one. Put a piece of butter in each cut.
Place it on the lower layer of the oven and adjust the upper and lower heat to 170 degrees Celsius. Bake for 35 minutes. After about 10 minutes, cover it with tin foil to prevent it from getting too brown.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before serving. The super soft Queen Toast is now complete!
