Detailed Steps for Braised Squid with Chili Sauce
Wash and cut open the squid.
Cut the squid into diagonal slices.
Flip over and cut again.
Boil water and blanch the squid. Once the squid curls up, remove it from the water. This step is quick and we didn’t take a photo of it.
Cut all the additional ingredients.
Stir-fry the ingredients with salad oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and oyster sauce until fragrant. Set aside.
Plate the squid and add Youjia Sichuan Pepper Oil and the stir-fried ingredients.
