Main Ingredients:
1 green radish; 30g dried shrimp; 1 small handful of vermicelli (soaked); 600g flour; appropriate amount of water.

Appropriate amount of chopped scallions and ginger; 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce; 1 spoonful of salt; appropriate amount of chicken essence; a little bit of filling seasoning; 40ml of corn oil.

Steps for Making Radish and Dried Shrimp Pie
Add warm water to the flour and knead it into a dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for a while.
Grate the radish with a food processor, add salt, knead it by hand, squeeze out the water, chop it up, and add dried shrimp and chopped vermicelli.
Add chicken essence.
Add oyster sauce and mix well.
Add filling seasoning and mix well.
