Prepare the ingredients, make a cake base, and slice it horizontally after completely cooling
Add 150g of whipping cream and 10g of sugar
Whip until there are visible patterns, then refrigerate for later use
Pour 100g of whipping cream and 50g of milk into a small saucepan, stir well, simmer over low heat until slightly boiling, then turn off the heat. Let it cool slightly
Add chocolate, quickly stir until melted
