1. After preparing all the necessary ingredients, mix the egg with sugar, salt, milk, bread flour, yeast, and butter, and knead the dough until well combined. Let it ferment. After one hour, take out the dough, roll out the air bubbles, spread the raisins, roll it up, shape it, and continue fermenting for at least half an hour. Then bake it.
