Detailed steps for making Raisin Bread
Prepare the ingredients.
Add olive oil, egg, sugar, salt, and water to the bread machine. Stir slightly.
Add milk powder.
Sift in high-gluten flour. Make a hole in the middle and add yeast.
Put the dough in the bread machine barrel.
Start the kneading program for 30 minutes. If the dough does not form a film, knead for another 15 minutes.
After kneading, put the dough in a clean large bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment.
Let it ferment until it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into six equal-weight small doughs. Use a scale to divide. Then roll out the bubbles with a rolling pin.
Then roll it into an oval shape, sprinkle evenly with raisins on top, and roll it up evenly.
Repeat the process for the other three doughs. If the small baking tray cannot hold all the doughs, use the other three doughs to make buns. The filling is also raisins. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment.
Preheat the oven to 130°.
Bake at 125° for 25 minutes on the middle rack with upper and lower heat.
Take it out, brush it with egg liquid, and continue baking for 10 minutes.
Finished product.
