Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Raspberry Mousse Cake (Bubble Bath Doll Version)
Use 2 pre-baked 8-inch cake slices, trim the edges to make them smaller than the mold
Wrap the bottom of the springform cake pan with aluminum foil
Heat the homemade raspberry jam with some water, let it cool slightly
Add softened gelatin sheets soaked in cold water, stir well and let it cool
Whip 250g whipping cream with 50g sugar until stiff peaks form
Pour the cooled raspberry jam into the whipped cream
Stir well to make raspberry mousse mixture
Place one cake slice at the bottom
Add small canned peach pieces on top
Pour in some raspberry mousse mixture
Add another cake slice
Pour in more raspberry mousse mixture, if you run out, leave the second cake slice exposed, refrigerate overnight
Clean the doll, wrap it in aluminum foil
On the second day, remove the cake, blow around with a hairdryer or use a warm towel to release from the mold
Hollow out a space in the cake
Whip the whipping cream with sugar until stiff, take out a small amount of white, mix the rest with rose essence to make pink
Fill a piping bag with the cream, cut a hole, and pipe out fine lines
Place the doll inside, then fill the empty space with whipped cream
Finally, pipe large dots of white cream to create soap bubbles
