Steps to Make Raspberry Yogurt Mousse
Heat the yogurt slightly
Add 1.5 softened gelatin sheets, melt and mix well
Whip the whipping cream with sugar
Whip until it reaches a semi-flowing state
Add the yogurt and mix well to create the yogurt mousse mixture
Prepare the mold by cleaning it
Pour the yogurt mousse mixture into the mold and freeze in the refrigerator
Boil fresh raspberries with rock sugar
Pour out the raspberry juice, add 1 gelatin sheet, melt and mix
Pour into the mold and freeze for storage
Once frozen, remove the yogurt mousse from the mold, then remove the raspberry heart-shaped mousse, and serve together
