Detailed Steps for Making Coconut Bread and Sausage Rolls
Put 400g of high-gluten flour, 60g of granulated sugar, 220g of milk, 40g of eggs, 6g of yeast, and 3g of salt into a bread machine and select the dough program. After kneading for 10 minutes, add 50g of butter and continue kneading.
While the dough is fermenting, we can make the coconut filling. Melt 20g of butter in a pan over low heat, add 110g of milk and 35g of sugar, and then add custard powder and cornstarch. Add the desiccated coconut and stir well before removing from heat.
