Steps to make Fresh Chocolate Bubble Milk Tea
Boil 40g of agar pearls, 20g of cocoa powder, and 320ml of hot water in a pot.
Add 4 tbsp of milk powder.
Add 250ml of hot water.
Add 300ml of black tea.
Add 45g of fructose and mix well.
Add agar jelly, add 40g of tapioca pearls, and pour in the milk tea base.
