Tremella: half a flower.

Lotus seeds: about twenty; Red dates: appropriate amount; Rock sugar: appropriate amount; Goji berries: appropriate amount.

Steps for making Lotus Seed and Tremella Soup
Soak the Tremella until it expands, wash it clean, and tear it into pieces of your preferred size. Wash the lotus seeds and red dates as well.
Put the Tremella in a stewing pot with water and stew for half an hour, then add the red dates.
Stew for another half an hour, then add the lotus seeds and rock sugar.
Goji berries cook quickly, so I added them just before taking the pot off the stove. After stewing for two and a half hours, the soup is thick and delicious.
