Prepare the necessary ingredients
Add softened butter to powdered sugar and beat until fluffy
Add sifted low-gluten flour and mix well with a silicone spatula, knead quickly by hand into a dough
Divide the dough into two cylindrical shapes, take one half of the plain dough and shape it into a cylinder, wrap it in parchment paper, shape the edges, with a square cross-section, freeze for 15 minutes
Add cocoa powder to the other half and knead into a ball
